	The meeting was called to order by President Richard 
	"Tiny" Mellon in the hospitality room at the Super 8 Hotel in Biloxi, MS. 
	President Mellon welcomed members present to the 11th annual reunion, he 
	also introduced the 2007-2008 officers.
	Open prayer was led by Chaplin Paul Troop. We prayed 
	silently on minute for departed member COL Nichols who passed away last 
	year. We also prayed for our members in distress: Larry Ash, Dave 
	Fenstermacher, Jerry Dick and Charlie Williams.
	TREASURER REPORT: Treasurer Bob 
	McKinley reported on the 15th Med Association's finances for the previous 
	year 2007-2008.
	OLD BUSINESS: Paul Troop reported on 
	his trip to Washington DC to research the archives for old records 
	pertaining to the 15th Medical Battalion. He plans to make a return trip to 
	purchase these records for the Association.
	NEW BUSINESS: Paul Troop reported on 
	the cost to obtain these records from the archives in Washington DC for the 
	15th Medical Battalion from VN 1965-1972, During the discussion it was 
	brought up that by obtaining these records it would be beneficial for our 
	members filing VA claims, by speeding up the process by several months.
	Mike Smith made a motion, 2nd by Henry Land to send 
	Paul Troop to Washington DC to obtain these records at whatever the cost. 
	This motion died on the floor after Officers ROW (pilots & officers) 
	volunteered to donate $100.00 each to finance the trip. This led the way for 
	other members to make donations for financing this project. COL Bill Downey 
	said; he would assist Paul Troop at his own expense in obtaining this 
	information.
	John Crespi donated a recorder, batteries & blank tapes 
	for the Secretary to record the next annual meeting.
	Murray Gibbs gave a presentation on the new website 
	that he reconstructed for the 15th Med Association which costs $6.95 per 
	month. A member who shall remain anonymous paid the cost of this website for 
	two years.
	2009 Reunion: Members present voted to hold our next 
	reunion in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in early April 2009. Pete Mulford 
	will be the reunion coordinator. Other nominations for next year's reunion 
	were Sacramento, CA, Shreveport, LA & Ashville, NC- Mike Smith said; he may 
	be able to hold the 2010 Reunion in Idaho, since this will be the 2nd 
	reunion in a row east of the Mississippi.
	NOMINATION for 2008-2009 OFFICERS: Done according to 
	the by-law & constitution of the 15th Med Association.
